Orkin, the generic name for the "Monster races" of the Isles. They are considered barbaric, living in primitive tribal groups and are seen as having none of the trappings of the civilized races. They live in the wild remote places of the Isles although in relative small numbers , though the last High king was reviled for also granting them lands in the north of the Isles, a generation ago.

The Orkin Race contains many different races. Orcs, Goblins, Hobgoblins and Ogres are the most common, though Giants, Gnolls and such like are also grouped in with this lot.
